They won their first Rose Bowl in 95 years and he was the navigator... So he probably is HOF worthy in their eyes.

Considering it is Oregon we're talking about, they're all probably stoned out of their minds. I doubt it'll be as exciting as the Tennessee riots. It'll probably be more like an "Occupy Chip Kelly's House" type demonstration.
