I remember the media attention that this new rule garnered during the off season, but I have yet to see it called during an NFL game. The only report I could find regarding it was one about Jackie Battleappealing his fine last week and winning. Just curious to see if anyone has actually seen this penalty called during a live game.

Weird, I actually thought about starting this exact thread earlier today. I haven't seen it called yet either.

Looks like Tolbert could have been a candidate when colliding with Eric Reid. Close call.

I have seen a few instances where it could have been called but wasn't. Before the season I was anticipating poor implementation of the rule, similar to the fiasco that has become the collegiate targeting rule. Thank God, this has not been the case.
