And the notion that you can argue Josh Smith or Griffin over Wade is silly.

Come on! Look at Smith's stats. He got 19 points on 46%! 46! I mean his TS% was 50%. That's not even close to the league average for power forwards. Definitely better than Wade.

I guess Smith was a stretch but I was just thinking of playoff teams best players at that point. The original top ten point is still valid though: Kobe, Lebron, Durant, Westbrook, Rose, Paul, Howard, Nowitzki, Rondo, Anthony, Love. That's 11 players who I think are just as good as Wade. Wade's PER is helped alot by the fact that he's not his team's primary offensive player and so can be alot more selective with the shots he takes. I don't think it's a coincidence his two best years shooting per wise are these last two when he's had Lebron on his team

Come on man.. Rondo in the top 10? And if you are going to knock off wade from the top 10 because of this year you have to do the same with dirk. We can agree to disagree on the others but those two you have to admit are not top 10 now

I think Dirk and Wade were about comparable this year. I mean Dirk was godawful the first half of the season but then picked it back up. As for Rondo, i guess i am being a little hypocritcal. I put him in the top 10 bc when he wants to he can dominate a game like no one in the league except maybe Lebron. But there are some games where he does almost nothing.
