The B1G is 4-1 against the ACC this year. The elite haven't played the elite, but some mid tier teams have played and the middle/lower half of the B1G seems better than the same for the ACC.

OSU/MSU vs FSU/ND/Clemson (if ND counts) is prob an ACC advantage, but I don't know if 2014 FSU is close to as good as FSU 2013

Edit: OSU's loss to VT was a complete anomaly it seems as the year goes on, and of course I'm unbias
