much much harder too.
This is the part that has me sold on Puig's catch.

The angle that he had to get with his glove in relation to where he was and the ground, this catch was remarkable.

yes i think puig's was much harder. harrison's was a nice catch but laying out for a ball you see the entire way isnt at the top end of difficulty.

harrison also dove sideways. a lot easier than diving backwards. harrison caught the ball up at his eyes, not 1/4 inch off the ground.

The Pirate player's angle was better than Puig's.

I mean, both players had to take an angle to make a catch.

Puig's angle left him a tad deep, and he made an adjustment with the glove in order to make the catch. It left his arm in an awkward position.

Now, if you want to argue that Puig is a larger man that packs a lot more punch at the plate trying to cover the same amount of ground as the Pirate player and successfully doing it with a stronger arm, then I'm with you! Lol

That gif doesn't do the catch justice in regards to how far he had to run to get there.

Great catch but not "holy shite" worthy. He did take a slightly bad angle on it.

. That's a double/triple for 99% of MLB Right Fielders in the game right now. He is one of maybe 2 or 3 guys that could've made this catch.

i don't think there's 300 right fielders in the major leagues
