Predictions on which teams his chubby son hits 319 homers for? Dude is built just like Cecil and Prince

Before 2013 he had played like 500+ Straight games apart from the random off day.

Yeah that was pretty tough to watch. It's a totally different feeling when you know a guy has a lot left to give but his body won't allow it.

More like carrying to much weight in an athletic sport is a terrible idea. It eventually takes it toll on you

It's hard to watch a grown man cry because something that he has done his life is taken away. I can't see how his weight would mess with his neck.

Do they attribute this issue to his weight or is just you speculating?

And don't take the question above as me disagreeing with you.

Or morbid obesity.

No way he would normally be done at his age.

I mean the guy was born in 1984, Jesus.

There are still tons of athletes born in 70s still playing in all disciplines.

Kobe was born in 1978 in a more taxing sport by far.

Reminds me of Kirby Puckett having his career cut short. The violent upper cut style swing probably did not help

I don't know how much weight screws up your neck.

Lol this is not 'morbid obesity' in any way.

It's a freak injury. Dude was a clean bill of health for a large part of his career. Career ending injuries happen.
