Uh yeah? That's not what anyone is debating here.

Weird the only people defending him are SC fans.

Thug? Link?

Hit him with his shoulder. Wellker ducked. Maybe Peyton shouldn't throw him into coverage like that. Swearinger wasn't even on coverage on the TD. Peyton mad, but he set Welker up for that one. Just because he is Peyton doesn't mean he didn't frick up.

Would like someone to say where Swearinger should have hit Welker in that situation, instead of just saying "thug". Point out what he should have done.

@AdamSchefter: Last preseason, Texans S D.J. Swearinger took out TE Dustin Keller's knee. Last night he gave Wes Welker his third concussion in a year.

Damn... He better watch himself. Offensive players will know exactly who he is and target him in games if the opportunity presents itself.

He tackles low he hurts someone.

He tackles high he hurts someone.

What is he supposed to do.

also if you're a saints fan, there's a young man named Kenny Vaccaro you may want to look up

I see you're still mad because Vaccaro broke up that pass at the end of the Falcons game last year.

He made 71 tackles last year plus however many in each preseason and he's injured someone twice. Just an unfortunate situation reach time. DJ felt terrible after the hit on Keller and said he was specifically going lower to avoid a flag.
