I'm sure everybody would be claiming the same thing in the far more likely event that the receiver caught the ball instead of the DB

Yes. I was incorrect. I thought it said 1:57 the first time I read it , which would have been the 2 minute warning. The 1:50 was the timeout. I forgot they called a timeout after the crazy catch at the 5.

The pass isnt the mistake, them calling the most dangerous type of goalline play is. Steve young said it best, they ran the one pass play that doesnt allow Wilson to use his best attribute, his decision making

Yeah. They could have done a fade to the back of the end zone where only the WR had a chance. That being said, not running the most powerful back in the game, after he almost got in the play before, is still unforgivable.
