And my point is apparently they can if gymnasts do Crossfit. Not every Crossfitter is the average Joe.

There are probably quite a few pro athletes that do crosscult, but not one crossculter can do any, or one, pro sports.

I'm not talking say, Von Miller doing cc, but the average non athlete doing cc and that translates to being a pro athlete in anything. The founder said it would. hogwash.

Those being mentioned are already trained athletes in their sports using cc as alternative training.....exercises.

He is speaking in absolutes and then disproving his own arguments.

I think we just need to whack this thread and start over.

Some of these crossfit athletes are in better physical shape than a lot of pro athletes.

Football players would suck at a 7k run and crossfiters would suck at a 40.

You're comparing apples to oranges and looking like a jackass in the process.

Over your head too.

Pro athletes do different types of training to get in shape or get in better shape. CC is one way even though dangerous for the body.

crossculters who are not trained in any sport can't take up a sport and be good at it because they exercise good.

The names mentioned were already well trained in Olympic lifting before cc.

Name one non athlete who is now an elite athlete because of crosscult?

How about Josh Bridges, he became a Navy Seal through Crossfit. And I think that speaks a little more volume than becoming a professional athlete

Crosscult founder claims it. And not one PED cc can do it.

You means the head of a sport says things that may not be true in order to increase interest in his sport?

Well, crossculter thinking they are athletes and competing in sports is jackassery at its finest.

Training in cc for your sporting event, football, weightlifting, wresting, etc. fine, but the workout is just that and not a sport, sport.

What does all that have to do with the price of tea in China?

See he was a Oly. weightlifter FIRST

So out of this ridiculous constraint you're making, how much training are you allowed for Olympic lifting before crossfit.

Highschool football oly training?
Personal trainer?
Watched videos became a phenom only lifter, started doing crossfit?

And not one crossfiter can quit crossfit and dedicate themselves to Olympic lifting and actually compete? Lol.

Look up what a fallacy is and actually understand it before you start banging on your keyboard again

True. It amazes me that Matt Fraser goes out there against all those other "ahletes" and performs a task with them, following the specified criteria and rules, then places somewhere based on how he performed the tasks, within the rules, relative to how the other "competitors" did it. Furthermore, unlike sports like gymnastics, it even leaves out subjectiveness! They aren't judged or graded, they score points based on how fast they did something or how much weight they lifted!!! How could that be a sport?!?!

Most culters I know didnt play or excel in sports at a younger age, I am sure that's not the norm, but just my experience.

You're either a troll or clearly do not understand logic.

I'm going with troll, waiting to see if he bites again.

But it's just not crossfit. My gf had never lifted a weight in her life and she started working out with me in February. Now she's hooked and works out more than me. She's the most Non-athletic human being ever, but can def destroy a gym and some weights. Still blows my mind.
