Considering how few Ferrari's are made each year, I seriously doubt he strolled into a dealership, who had the specific model he wanted customized to his needs. There is a much higher likelihood that this was made to order. George might have gotten a build slot faster than the average person, but it still takes a while for the car to be built and tested.

It's not a bad investment considering how few Ferrari's are built. Some are resold at a higher value than they were bought for.

That isn't the car you buy if you are using a driver

Probably has a nice resale value. He could buy 10 of them and it wouldn't be an issue.

As long as they mounted the pedals on the driver's side door, he will be alright.

yeah, at $200,000, that's less than half a percent of his guaranteed $90 million.

He's owed like $90 million regardless if he plays again.

In September 2013, George signed a 5-year max contract extension guaranteeing between $80-90 million. It’s at a time like this that PG is glad he’s not an NFL player, where contracts are not guaranteed.

On top of that, Team USA takes out insurance on each player to cover injuries and loss of value in event of catastrophic injury.

Don't act like yards people. His contract is guaranteed either by Pacers or insurance company.
