Well you're boring as shite.

What's the best Love ever averaged? Or Shaq? Or Wilt? Wilt would be my guess if you combined points and rebounds. But that was a different era.

ETA: I guess Wilt posted numerous (9) seasons at that rate

Stupid shite

In 2010 Love averaged 20/15. His best combo though was 26/13 in 2011.

Or Shaq?

30/14 (29.7 and 13.6 rounded up) in 1999. In the playoffs that year he averaged 31/15 (30.7 and 15.4)

Or Wilt?

Like 50/25

We could have an interesting thread on ridiculous statlines. Maybe 2 pages. Obviously Oscar Robertson would be in there and Wilt. I'd be curious to see who else would show up.

It would be enlightening, at least. Not lengthy.

I think it'll be Stauskus and not because of him, but the team he's going to. Exum is boom or bust to me. Either he'll be that guy who you are like holy shite so this is the beast that they were hiding or it'll be holy shite, this guy needs to go back in hiding.

Embiid I see being a bust, mainly because of injuries. If I had a second pick, I would pick Payton.

It's kinda hard to call any of them outside the top 5 a "bust" since none are that highly regarded or viewed as potential "franchise" players.

Of the top 5, I think Exum is clearly the biggest boom/bust potential. With his ridiculous athleticism and size he could turn out to be a 6'7" Russell Westbrook.

OTOH with how little we've seen from him against top competition he could turn out to be like that other foreign guy who we've totally forgotten about bc he never made it off anybody's bench and vanished after. 2 years.

Exum

He's essentially an inexperienced combo guard that can't shoot.

Good luck with that.

Aaron Gordon. Stuck between a 2/3 with little offensive skill in half-court sets. Not a very good shooter and that follows him to the free throw line. If he gets out and running, certainly a dangerous player.

Honestly, Gordon just reminds me of another Arizona Wildcats product: Derrick Williams.

Stauskus and Vonleh, definitely. Embiid could just as well.

Julius Randle, who i like. But i think he is too one dimensional, and too left handed dominant.

people compare him to Zach Randolph, but i dont see it. He's more like David Lee to me, who has developed nicely into a good scorer. But i see him more like the young Lee than the current one.

Exum and Embiid are the easy picks here, Exum because there's not a lot of data around him like the others and Embiid due to injuries.

No one else jumps out as obvious bust material besides them and tbh I don't think either are busts. Like another guy said upthread, high floor on this class.

Wiggins has the highest ceiling and I don't think its up for debate. He's a freak of nature. 44" vert, lightning fast, 7' wingspan, huge hands, etc.

I think at worst he's a good player. At best he's an absolute superstar in the mold of a Tracy McGrady in his prime.

Embiid is the obvious pick due to injury. Could also see Jabari Parker fading into obscurity with the Bucks.

Not saying Exum won't be good but he's not underhyped. He's basically all hype

Seriously this. Total gamble. Could be great. Could be a bust. Could be a starter. Nobody knows. Nice measurables.
im in this camp. I think exum busts. Too many unknowns, too much hype.
