So they lost by double digits to a team they outgained by ~ 100 yards. Don't know why I'm so unimpressed.

People say this about Oregon every year. 
Just gotta laugh it off. They'll face a team that stifles their offense and their D will be exhausted all game. Happens every freaking year.
Hopefully Stanford is upset this week, then they upset Oregon.

I don't think there's a defense out there that could completely shut them down this year. But I don't think they're balanced enough to just hand the trophy to. There are a number of teams that could outscore them and stop them just enough defensively.

You guys really need to stop saying this. Bama's defense is probably one of the worst matchup for the ducks. Bama has the 3-4 DE and big OLBs to punish our perimeter run game. However, if we are as good in pass protection as we are today, no team will stop us. That offensive line is lights out in pass protection and that will equal running the ball late in the game.

Not me, I live in SoCal. Before the season started I was telling people to watch out for UW and Ucla. Shaq Thompson is currently one of my favorite players in CFB.
