Look disregard that Old Dominion was 3-9 last year and had lost six in a row.

Tough for ULL to go on the road and win a game against a rising program.

Hire the budget guy, you get budget results.

Come home Billy, come home.

Bring back Billy when he gets fired. This Desormeaux hire was a joke from the get go

Must suck knowing that Grambling has scored more touchdowns on LSU since 1924 than the Cajuns. And they’ve done it in 11 less games.

No one liked the Desormeaux hire except for the good ole boys. They thought they could go cheap and just keep the train rolling.

To be fair to Desormeaux, we have a bunch of players who have left over the last two years to start for major conference teams. Alabama had Trey Amos at corner tonight, Kyren Lacy had a td for LSU, and Montrell Johnson had 120 yards and 2 tds for Florida. But that’s another reason why you don’t just kill your program’s momentum with a lackluster hire during the NIL era.

Got it. He doesn’t have the horses to run with a C-USA team that had won 3 of its prior 13 games.

Hope the University gives him 3 or 4 more years to get young men on campus that lets him beat an ODU on the road.

Look at our current 2024 recruiting rank. 11th in the Belt.

We should end this inside hire experiment after this season, but we won’t. Typical Martin Hall. They HATE athletics, and only went all in the past few years in football hoping it would shut everyone up.

Zero effort by the RCAF to fundraise should tell you all you need to know.

I’ll just wait for baseball season. At least I know Deggs ain’t in Lafayette to just be a brown noser.

How many pretend Bama fans have you met in Lafayette?

Don't have to meet them. They have the gigantic "A" on the truck window, and the "RCAF" bumper stickers.

They aren’t there, he knows this. I actually do know a few people from the area that went to school there.

They wanted Championship level athletics and a good university. Plus they wanted to go out of state. Title Town is a good place to go I guess.

I’ve honestly never seen a single vehicle with that combo. But hey, if it helps your insecurity to pretend that’s a real thing, have at it.

They needed the budget guy because they were paying billy like double the amount of every other coach in the SBC while getting fauci'd unfortunately

Covid cost them as much money as any G5 team although they also shouldn't have been living way beyond their means
