starting off with Penn St/Illinois under 46.5. Penn st has gone over 46 just once in Big 10 play and that was with Ohio St scoring 31. I don't think Illinois has the same offense as the Buckeyes.

Morning update from Columbus :
Loss of freezing rain and ice in the morning. Tons of accidents on the freeways, OSU sending out advisories about the shitty weather. It's going to warm slightly and just turn into a cold rain.
