I think I'm gonna bet a Exacta (boxed) on I Want Revenge and Papa Clem.

...and a Trifecta (boxed) on Friesan Fire, Pioneer of the Nile, and Nowhere to Hide.

Thoughts/advice?

I say good idea. As of now you are getting pioneer at 9-1! Gen quarters dropped all the way to 5-1

Neither do I. I usually pick the horse with the best "Kentucky Derby name."

This year: Dunkirk

Best Derby name ever: Smarty Jones

Runner Up: Spectacular Bid

I am betting for the first time in a while.
This is who I got:

Trifecta $2
1-Freisan fire
2-Dunkirk
3-Pioneer of nile

Longshot to win $5
Regal Ransom

Quinella $2
1-Freisan fire
2-Dunkirk

Across the board $2
Freisan fire

Might not hit shite but it makes the race alot more intereting with money on the line.

+1. This is one of the few times in the year where my adrenaline is running wild.

Track looked wet this morning but I'm sure they had it rolled. As of this morning it says 30% chance of rain. Churchill has a great reputation as far as their track is concerned and they will be able to handle some rain and still have a fast to good track.

The wet track is good for Friesan Fire.

I am still holding on to Hold Me Back as a value bet. Yesterday I was going to go with 10 to win and place on I Want Revenge and 10 to place on Hold Me Back. I think now Desert Party 20 to win (Fusiachi Pegasus type of bet) and Papa Clem 20 to win and place Hold Me Back 10 to place, although as stated earlier by a poster he is a Poly horse. I think the closer in him helps him make a huge run and he stays out of the mess on first turn.

Papa Clem at 20-1 is good odds. I don't like betting favorites, especially in a race like this. Can't wait.

I think Regal Ransom is the better horse out of that UAE stable. I have him in my Tri now, along with General Quarters and Pioneer of the Nile.

I Want Revenge dropping out is shaking up the odds!
