Yeah I don’t think Tulane winning would really be an upset. It’s a 2.5 pt line for a reason.

I can see the wave scoring some points, but I don’t see them coming remotely close to slowing down SC. It will be a high scoring rout imho.

Tulane probably has an athletic budget in the neighborhood of $50-60 Million a year.
USC probably has one around $120-140 a year.
USC should win just based off the talent they can buy year and and year out with the NCAA turning a blind eye.
If Tulane can overcome that and win, it's an upset. And I hope it happens.
