I was bored last night and I was looking up how many games,playoff, etc for some of the all-time NBA greats that I have been able to watch play
Michael Jordan
Number of seasons: 15
Total Games - 1251 Avg: 78
Reg Season - 1072 Avg: 71
Playoffs - 179 equal 2.18 extra season
Made Playoffs: 13/15 season
Finals Appearances: 6 Championships: 6
Kobe
Number of seasons: 20
Total Games - 1566 Avg: 78
Reg Season - 1346 Avg: 67
Playoffs - 220 equal 2.68 extra seasons
Made Playoffs: 15/20 season
Finals Appearances: 7 Championships: 5
Tim Duncan
Number of seasons: 19
Total Games - 1633 Avg: 86
Reg Season - 1392 Avg: 73
Playoffs - 241 equal 2.93 extra seasons
Made Playoffs: 17/19 season
Finals Appearances: 6 Championships: 5
LeBron James
Number of seasons: 13
Total Games - 1165 Avg: 89
Reg Season - 987 Avg: 76
Playoffs - 178 equal 2.17 extra seasons
Made Playoffs: 10/13 season
Finals Appearances: 6 Championships: 2
I could have done this for a lot of players just shows how long some of the best play when you include playoffs. Everybody on my list has play an extra 2 full season of basketball just in the playoffs.

I have to shake my head when people say NBA players don't give effort. Most guys I know would call in sick to work if they played two pick-up games in the same week.

I changed it to 2. I was looking at how many times he has lost in the finals and put the wrong number
