you don't have "burglary shield" laws or "robbery shield" laws. there are "rape shield" laws

It means that most men will never even entertain the idea of raping someone the same way most men don't think of robbing a store or committing arson.

Great argument. What else you got? People who support privacy rights have something to hide? People who think marijuana should be legalized are all potheads? If somebody is arguing that the legal drinking age should be lowered, that just means he's 19 and pissed because he can't drink?

I'm terrified of this. I've seen multiple people go through scares where the woman gets mad at the end of a relationship and accuses the male. It's a fricking scary world out there, where simple words can destroy a person's life.
I don't like touching people, and will actively avoid touching people like the plague; however, I've been accused of physical sexual harassment BECAUSE I PISSED A WOMAN OFF FOR NOT TAKING HER SHIFT. The manager watched the tape, saw that nothing happened, and you know what he did to the woman falsely accusing me? Nothing.

No I'm actually not on any side... Of course it'll look that way as I'm a FSU fan but I've said from the beginning... I'm not going to defend Winston "to the death"... I don't even know the guy beyond a few interviews

having sex with any girl who has had any alcohol is putting yourself at risk for "engaging in rapey behavior"
*ETA: i'm a criminal defense lawyer, and i'm telling all of you males who engage in sex with girls who have been drinking that you are putting yourself at risk for rape charges every time you do it
