Austin

Metro of two million people and zero professional teams. Only one NHL team in the state of Texas.

Edit: although I would love having a team in Milwaukee so could go see a damn Blackhawks game without shelling out $60 for standing room only tickets

I went to an Admirals game once. Had a great time. Got to see a fight and won a few bucks on the player goal pool (everyone picks a number and if your player scores everyone else pays you $1). Seemed to be good crowd support for the team.

The Aeros had a decent team in the WHA and a good tradition with players like Gordie Howe. Also a large city and a natural rival for the Stars.

Same with Vegas.....except they're building a brand new 20,000ish seat arena just off the strip. And it also seems like the commissioner has a thing for Vegas.
