Can anyone see these trades coming to fruition? Have also seen Matt Forte mentioned as a trade commodity for Denver, but I don't see that happening. Calvin Johnson the the Carolina Panthers is interesting. A set of him, Kelvin Benjamin and Greg Olsen would give Cam Newton some serious weapons in 2016. Anymore rumored trades out there?

Doesn't make much sense without trading for a decent QB as well.

I'd want Calvin Johnson the player, I would NOT want Calvin Johnson the contract.

It is incredible how valuable teams believe draft picks are. This hypothetical has Joe Haden and Alex Mack for Jacksonville's 1st rounder. That is preposterous.

I don't think it happens.

I could see Matt Forte traded, but to who I'm not sure.

I don't know how things ended between them, but wouldn't Steve Smith back to the Panthers make some sense? Ravens are going nowhere this year, Panthers need a WR, and Smith can chase a ring in his last year. Plus he should be somewhat familiar with the system.

It didn't end good, but he's supposed to retire after this season regardless...

He still has some good years in him, IMO.

The only reason YOU started this thread was the mentioning of Megatron to the Panthers

I'm a Denver Broncos fan.

Not sure why you're so riled up about this, anyways.

The players are great, it's the cap hits that make it worthy of a first round pick.

Apparently ESPN is suggesting that the Saints send Brees to the Jets before the trade deadline passes. Got an alert on my phone about it.

ETA: Here's the link and their 5 trades they want to see: LINK
quote:

1. WR Calvin Johnson to New England
2. DE J.J. Watt to Green Bay
3. QB Drew Brees to N.Y. Jets
4. OT Joe Thomas to N.Y. Giants
5. QB Jay Cutler to Washington

FIFY

That passing game with Julio, Ryan, and Megatron would be insane

Why does this make you so mad? Who cares if a random poster on the internet posted this because he likes Cam Newton and the Panthers. How can something like that bother you. I'm so grateful that things as small as that mean nothing to me. Some of you are miserable

Why do you feel the need to interject in other poster's conversations? You are rude and representative of today's culture.
