I dont feel like the NFL drags on. Commercial breaks arent too bad, and halftime is nice and quick. Games are usually right at 3 hours.
It is college football that drags on and can take over 4 freaking hours

They need to be very careful in having non-game officials involved in decisions... that's a slippery slope

A couple of these confuse me. First, what do they mean by a playclock after a touchdown? Doesn't that happen already? What would be the change here?
