Those two things, yeah.

But mainly, it's been two games. You need a much larger sample size than two games to determine basically anything in any scenario.

And we will never get that sample size, because the playoff rules will be changed by then.

Also, if anything the 2-0 could show how big of a deal home field advantage can be and how fricking ridiculous it is to have a7 win team having that advantage over an 11 win team

It's not about the 7-9 team making the playoff, it's about the team hosting a playoff game and being ranked ahead of better teams

Yeah 2 games is a great sample size to make that point. Using this logic, it's clear that the Panthers will get blown out in Chicago next week.
