Soo... Kobe would have won 4 rings without Shaq?

That was so awkward.

Save me the rings argument. Kobe is such a terrible leader. He's lucky he had some really great locker room guys like Fisher and Horry to pick up his slack.

Who gives a shite? He's done things his way and won.

Kobe doesn't need to communicate...he provides guidance and leadership by berating them during the one practice per month he participates in.

Oh I agree, in the sense that any championship team could have lost the finals without a certain player. But you saying they could have won them without him isn't the same thing

LeBron was in high school at that time so yeah. You're probably right.

I never said that, I said that the lakers don't win in 2001 or 2002 without him and he played a pretty big role during the 2000 finals

Kobe's first rings were because of Shaq.

My bad. This interaction made me think you were saying that you can only use the "kobe needed shaq argument" for 2000 and that the other years he didn't need shaq

I dislike Kobe as much as anyone.

However, these dudes come off looking like the biggest bitches in town. These aren't baby faced rookies, these are NBA vets.

You couldn't come up with a quick "nah but we been busy as hell with the move and just ready to get to work and learn the system" comment? Dudes looked like a bunch of pouting tools.

Jordan was a pretty bad leader too. Well, assuming you're using "leader" as the locker room guy. But both Kobe and MJ led by example on the court. but its pretty well known that MJ was a dick to his teammates.

Yeah...a token response was needed there. Keeps things exciting.

Jesus talks a lot in verses about how the sheep should be defended from wolves and thieves. He doesn't have any verses telling me to defend goats.
