Need ideas on how to do an NBA team wins pool

4 friends and I are pretty big NBA fans/gamblers. We want to do a little fantasy draft between the 5 of us, where we draft NBA teams instead of players - and we get points for the wins our teams get. We would each get 6 teams.
Trying to figure out the best way to do it. The draft part is easy to determine, we're going to do a snake. What we're trying to figure out is the best scoring system for wins. Anyone ever done this and have a good answer/ or any suggestions?
Here are the options we have so far
1) Simple. Each win=1 point.
2) Tiers. Makes it a little more interesting in the sense that your last picks are as meaningful as your first. First 2 teams you select=1 point/win, teams 3-4= 1.5 points, last two teams= 2 points/win
3) Even the playing field. We take the Vegas O/U for each team and weigh it so that the points you get for each team's win is relative to their "expected" wins per Vegas lines. In this scenario every team has a different number and it becomes less about picking the best teams and more about picking the teams you think beat the Vegas line by the most as that provides the most value.

Just a heads up that injuries will really ruin this. Maybe add some ability to have one injured reserve team. Possible in scenario three, but not really feasible with the tiers.

Having an IR team wouldn't do any good to this scenario as you can't pick up another team to replace it and that team will still generate points for wins for you. Injuries are just a part of jt

The tiered list is best, but I’d do it 1.0, 1.25, 1.5. Awarding 2X the value for team 21 as team 1 makes team 21 more valuable than team 1. For example, I believe the 21st best record in the league last year won 37 games.
Even then, I think it makes tier 3 teams a little too valuable, so you’d still want to tinker with those numbers.
