Outside shooting, although he hasn't been really good at that. I think he could be a good bench player for a contending team.

Danny Granger is not some sacred cow that's putting up gaudy or even passable stats anymore. So it isn't like the are losing a big piece besides an old Lebron-instigator.
And ET is shooting %42 this year while shooting an increased load from last year. So he's not as arse as people thinks he is.
Like most non-stars, wouldn't he benefit in efficiency going to a team where ET will be Peter-Principled to a role where he has to carry less of the weight because the talent around him is better. Its kind of like the USC QB complex, he'll look better when he has above-avg (relative to the league) talent surrounding him.

He's been great on defense. How much of that has to do with his teammates and scheme is up for debate though. I don't think Turner makes the Pacers any better tbh. Horrible defender, inefficient scorer. At least he is healthy and they have a chance at keeping him I guess.
