Steal Game 5 in CLE & win Game 6 in TOR?

I believe it's showing at 40%. Which is still 15% over CLE winning both 5 & 6 back to back.

the heights are when jordan was in the finals, and the ratings dropped when jordan wasn't in the finals.

then we saw a drop when the shaq/kobe lakers weren't in the finals and the spurs made the finals a few times. the spurs had 1 superstar and played a "boring" style.

cavs/thunder would have 3 of the top 4 players in the nba in the series. you are fricking high.

Take a look at the match ups & ratings since 1984.
Notice the drops & peaks. The heights are almost always East vs. West

The Lakers, Celtics, and Michael Jordan aren't walking through that door any time soon though.

OKC / Cleveland isn't bad - might actually have more starpower than GSW/CLE

OKC has star power. the league won't mind OKC in the finals

Toronto on the other hand

3 top 5 players so I think so

You could make a case for Irving being better than Klay, maybe even Draymond. Love on the t wolves was a top 10 player, but has taken a backseat.

Lebron being in will still draw numbers, but nowhere near the massive numbers vs. Curry would.

An OKC vs. Lebron series will draw, but people on the West coast won't give a rat's arse. The only East coast fans will be Heat fans hoping to watch him lose & the sprinkles of "lifelong" Lebron fans.

An OKC v TOR series will be a ratings blunder. Period.

LeBrons star power for casuals will be tuning in to see him lose...but that's American sports these days.

if okc closes out golden state, the nba office will still laugh their way to the bank when it's thunder vs. cavs.

This is 100% going to be the Finals. at anyone who thought Nike would let it play out after they got shocked last year and just signed LeBron to a BILLION dollar lifetime contract this year.

So you just said Nike is an NBA fixer.

If so, then why lose last year?

They weren't mafia enough? Left the Cannolies on the court?

Or it could be the finals because Cleveland is the better team

And now they are 3 total games away from 2 teams that NO ONE outside of their perspective home markets gives a F about.

The thunder are one of the biggest draws the NBA has with KD and Russ...

Even if CLE manages to figure TOR out & take the series, the Finals are still a massive letdown.

The majority of East & West coast viewers won't watch a middle America Finals.

You're way to worried about location. People care about the players playing in the games, no one give a shite where they play at anymore

If Lebron played in Milwaukee and curry played in Minnesota, people would still watch
