A few good games tonight. Chi/GS, Mem/Dal, Cle/Det.

Dallas is only 2-8 versus top 8 seeds from the West.

Also, there was something interesting posted on Reddit today regarding "NBA players who are carrying their teams"

very interesting in terms of "MVP" and what an MVP really is. Is he most valuable in the league or to his team?

I honestly don't read much into things like this. The Spurs couldn't beat the good teams last year. We saw how that worked out.

I cant stand the Rockets, but im a huge Harden fan. Him or Curry would be my vote as of now.

I rarely watch the NBA anymore.

Who is this Swaggy P homo with the Lakers that sports pages seem to have an infatuation with now?

Is he even worth their time or is he just a WWE character that can play basketball?

He is just a shooter. Does nothing else at all. His stat lines are usually 13 points on 5-17 shooting with 1 rebound and 0 assists.

Funny guy, though.

Dude they were 15-3 versus WC playoff teams not located in Houston or OKC.

You can't just remove 7 of their losses. A&M went undefeated this year if you don't count games against Bama, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Missouri.

Hawks 6-1 vs the West's top 8

Would be 7-0 if Duncan misses the buzzer beater

Matchups matter a ton in the NBA. They struggled with 2 teams, there are 5 more teams in the playoffs and they destroyed them. Plus the Spurs are just a whole different animal than most teams because Pop DGAF about sitting guys in marquee games.

The two comparisons you've made so far in this thread have been terrible.

4 players in top 20 win shares. But your team is better suited for the playoffs if you only have 1
