Players wearing their own teams jerseys. The uniforms lately have been terrible except for these:

The sleeved ones from 2014 were awful, but the last two years have not been bad.
They wont go back to team unis when they can make money selling the All-Star jerseys, shorts, shooting shirts etc

I feel like this year's was either rushed, or no effort was put into. But Nike is coming next year, they'll fix it.
