Yep, the max you could put the tee is about 115 and they never do. That used to be my home course and the one #Stash grew up on. I'm sure he's aced that one as many times as he played it.

There is one shorter than that at Audubon but at least that one has a few bunkers around it.

Three over after five holes and 12 under over the next 13 holes. Haha

How the hell did you get 3 over through 5 there; I mean that's normal for me but I suck at golf.

What was that course record 64?

It was actually 63 at the time. My dad had shot that years ago and I tied it that day. Broke it later that summer with a 62 (three putt on last hole).. I think that it has been tied since but I'm not positive.

ETA: hit it OB on three and made double and hit it in the trees on five and made bogey.

I hate that hole, 100 yard par 3.

Whaaaaa?

Its really a tough hole. It'll play <100yds most of the time, which is an in between club length for me. Two tiered green slopes back to front. They added the trap off the back which completely changes the hole if you fly the green. They used to place the hole in the slope a lot of times, which was just dumb.

On my hole in one, I spun a SW back into the hole. Ball hit about 6 feet past, bit, and rolled in.

2 total. 1 at age 13 and 1 at age 15.

The 1st hole in one was a 7-iron 125yds (age 13). I hit it perfect. My cousin was playing with me, and he sprinted down towards the green in excitement.

The 2nd one was a PW on a really short hole, like 100yds (age 15). 15 years later, and I haven't come close again

I've had 2 under very similar circumstances. I was a big junior golfer growing up. My first hole in one was also when I was 12. Hit a 5 iron on #12 at Selma Country Club. My second one was when I was 15. I was playing in a practice round of a junior tournament. Made that one (with a 2nd ball admittedly) on the 16th hole at Saugahatchee Country Club in Auburn, AL. I've also holed out for eagle on a par 5 when I was 12 from about 120 yards and also holed out from about 150 yards on a par 4 in high school.

Finally got my first one this past year. September 18th 2013, hole #17 at Oakbourne, 155 yards. I actually hit a pretty crummy shot, it was a slightly topped low fade with an 8-iron that took one hop on the green and bounced right in.

I usually play by myself on weekdays after work, but I was playing with a friend that day so thank goodness I had a witness.

Still have the ball in my man cave

Once I hit the base of the stick and it bounced off. I'm convinced that if the stick weren't in the hole the ball would have rattled around the cup but stayed in. We shall never know.
