Some team is going to overpay huge for Chapman. In the NL, mainly to keep him away from the other teams. Cubs/Giants/Nats/Dodgers all in on him and all pretty clearly in the postseason. Do you want him, or do you want to face him? That will drive the price up.

I don't like giving up prospects like this for rentals, but Torres is likely blocked by Baez and Russell for quite some time even though he's still very young and a ways away from the majors.
