You're statement is close to as dumb as OP
Go frick yourself. I played the game professionally and I can tell you for a fricking fact that when a manager wants to send the other team a message via the beanball that he either doesn't give a shite about the score or he waits for a time when putting a runner in scoring position is manageable.
