What he did was bad, but isn't there a second chance anymore? I mean the kid did this three years ago when he was 18. No need to continue to crucify him if he's trying to turn his life around. Now if something happens again, then yeah he gets what he's got coming

Edit: I have no sympathy for a 200 lb plus man that thinks it's ok to hit a woman. He wasn't crowded. Separate yourself from the situation.
