Why does Roger Goodell think that he is Vince McMahon and that the NFL should be run like the WWE?

Mike should have thrown Goodell out of the office. Unsportsmanlike conduct.

I feel like my boy Mikey P would grab Goodell by his ankles and whip him like a wrinkly t-shirt

“Goodell persisted, but I refused to give in. What happened next was anything but good. The conversation escalated, and when he was down in front of my office, with others present, he was so frustrated and, I’m sure, getting so much heat from Cleveland that he gave me a hard shove into my door to try and continue the argument about McAulay in my office. Quite frankly, it startled me, and I think it startled him a little because the discussion ended shortly after that,” Pereira writes, in an excerpt published by Deadspin

I'm no Goddell fan, but this writer must be a woman, or an incredible pussy. This sounds like to grown men having discussion that got intense. Goddell probably pushed Pereira in a manner of "let's get in here and talk about it." Have any of you been in an office when things got heated? I know I've been "pushed" into my office and "pushed" other men into theirs.

Eh, you don't put your hands on another man during a heated argument, IMO.

I would take it as a physical threat.

Yeah it sounds more like RG "moved" the discussion into MP's office instead of having a heated discussion in a common space.

I'm no RG fan but I believe there is nothing to see here.

As much as I hate RG, I'd hate to see a man lose his job over some pussy shite like this

Oh look, an accusation first made by an author in a book he is trying to sell. Always makes it seem more credible.

No I've never been pushed at work or pushed anyone else. I hope you weren't being serious.

Sounds like a hostile work environment and workplace violence. Goodell should be terminated with cause and have to pay back salary.
