That said, their biggest issue (besides losing playoff positioning due to Paul's injury) is they are really soft inside if they don't have Griffin and Jordan on the floor...and even they aren't exactly the toughest 4/5 in the league, although they are improved.
Playoff success is often very dependent on match ups, especially for the Clippers.
I can see them knocking off a Portland, Minnesota, or GSW, but struggling against SAS, OKC, MEM, or Houston.

Lol at everybody saying that would have been a bad trade for the Clippers. Melo is WAAYY better than Griffin and would respect Doc enough to run his sets and play team ball. It's like I'm in the twilight zone reading this thread.

These insiders and their sources are so ridiculous sometimes. Your drunken friend at the bar,Madden/2k and your dreams at night do not count as sources. Sorry to bust yall bubble

Typical ESPN, make up a story then refute it later on in the day. Chris Broussard is essentially calling himself stupid.
Doc Rivers: Trade talk 'stupid'
If you look at the comments section, they talk about how Rivers' comments on how this was a made up story about ESPN, were left out the article.
