Without Tiger, I seriously doubt you can get anywhere near face value.
As a courtesy, I'll take them of your friend's hands for face.

i got 4 tickets to the tuesday practice round this past year. i brought 2 friends and my 4th dropped out the week of the tournament. i was able to sell my 4th ticket on stubhub the day before for $700. your friend can make some money if he wants to.

Not really,they pay a "ton" to see Augusta National,walk the course and experience part of the Masters.

It's was one of the hardest tickets in all of sports to aquire and the practice rounds are as close as some folks will get.
