The only team in the North with a shot is Neville.

Before this last week I thought Neville could give them a game ,but as I type this I am watching the replay of Neville/Leesville and I shite you not Leesville has thrown the ball ALL over Neville.

And fwiw Leesville is SHITTY!!!!!!!!! I think Lutcher would score 50+ points on Neville. Honestly if they dont win state it will be a HUGE dissappointment.

This thread is 4A. But as far as comparing 5A of both states, I would have no idea.

Yeah if they're at home Haughton would have 1-1 and it would be up here. DAMN...Why did Haughton have to win on a Fobbs' Pick 6? Now Neville will have to travel to Lutcher in the semifinals. Lutcher = State Champs now...I thought Neville could beat them at home with a little help, which seems to happen often at Neville. If they have to go down there, ball game

Franklinton is going to beat them in the final brah.

What does it look like for Franklinton playing Salmen at home this time around in semi?

Looks like Salmen will be on the road in quarters and Franklinton will be home, therefore, game will most likely be at Salmen.

Salmen is no joke, will be really tough to beat them at their place again.

Louisiana's best team can usually play with anyone in the country

2006 John Curtis and 2006 Bastrop might have been 2 of the best 10

Last year was kinda weak

but 2007 Destrehan was just as good as anyone

This year Lutcher is the best team in the state

So, let's assume Haughton beats Huntington. How bad do they lose to Lutcher??

I'm thinking we will get to find out. Franklinton's scoring margin is absolutely insane this year. I like their chances in that dome.

And Lutcher's hasn't? Sans Salmen, who has Franklinton beat?

They hit 2 big passes in the first 4 plays. That woke Neville up and they got frickin pistol whipped the rest of the game. They didn't "pass all over Neville." FWIW, Leesville hit a few on WM too in week one with a Soph QB and a month old new coach. Neville is playing them in the first week of the playoffs, big difference. Besides, if Leesville "passed all over Neville" what would you say Neville did to WM?
