Does it matter really? Neville's student section took things too far, but other than that I thought it was a great night. Chanting frick the Rebels multiple times and some of the signs went waaaay over the line. Cops took care of it though. Kids being kids to a certain extent.

No excuse for that no matter who the oppenent.. Neville nation is better than that and I'm sure it will be addressed.
JJ I'm sorta disappointed that WM didn't run a flag up the pole knot the chain then grease it... Took us half the day to untangle that chain and take flag down back in the day... Good times lol

Yep, that is downright greed. Its reflects badly on Neville High school.

Neville has been dodging playing WM in football for years, since 2000. They thought they had the teams in 2009-10 to beat WM but alas, ni cigar

Neville fans, especially the older ones, just can't get over the fact that the 'hicks from the sticks' own them in football.

BTW, I was listening to the Neville post-game show on the radio and the Gomer Pyle brigade was about as pathetic and sore losers as I have ever heard.

Coach McCarty was gracious and was very complimentary of WM.

Check your facts and listen to your radio crew sometimes they're as bad as they come

Kinda sad that for two of the most successful programs, the radio crews are that bad. Norris is terrible, but he sounds like Al Michaels compared to Shaw.

I know that the Norris brothers are a sad bunch but that washed-up midget weatherman Neil Shaw embarrasses even little mio'. That guy is about hick and cornball as they come.

BTW, WM has a good replacement guy doing play-by-play. He actually describes plays and announces the score every now and then.

Have a good un, ya'll have fun sitting at Melvyns next week discussing how big of a butt whipping West Monroe put on your precious little Neville football team.

The replacement guy, if I'm not mistaken, is Rick Guillot. He played under Shows. So he probably does knows something about football.

Rick Guillot is the new guy. Played for WM and Tech. Is a great businessman and family man as well.

I actually think the Neville teams of '14 and '15 were our best outside of a couple of old school teams under Coach Brown and obviously the ones I played on, also under Coach Brown.

Would have loved that 2015 team to been on the field last night.
