Here's a thought, maybe he loves her 
She probably loves him. Cares about his well-being. Cares about his career. Their kids. Family. Household. And pretty much everything else in his life. It feels good to be with someone like that.
Know what doesn't feel good? Being with some bimbo who only cares about your wallet and her Instagram. If he wants that shite, I'm sure he could find it.
Plus, his wife IS pretty.

There are always comments about how these athletes should have done "so much better" when pictures of their spouses are posted. How? By what standard? It's amazing how you can look at a picture of these often really attractive women and judge them to be low value people. It's almost like qualities like honesty, integrity, loyalty, intelligence, compatible senses of humor, etc. are completely worthless to you.
