quote: Yeh I mean it isn't a difficult concept. In the finals, Lebron lost once to a far superior team in 2007, lost to a slighlty inferior team in 2011, beat a slightly inferior team in 2012,, beat a slightly superior team in 2013, lost to a slighlty surperior team in 2014, and is now playing a far superior team again. So as basketball goes there have only been two surprises in the finals with him really, one positive and one negative

I 100% agree with everything said here. But, when comparing legacies in term of the greatest player to every play basketball on this planet, some of those things will be criticized. I'm in no way trying to do that right now, but it's just the way it is when you're trying to prove GOAT status and what I don't get is when people get all defensive about a certain criticism and acts like someone is just saying Lebron isn't great. People are going to be picky and criticize small things when wer discussing the greatest of all time

Ghetto Pimp

Are you old school or progressive?
Do you offer the members of your stable health insurance? Do you consider them valued members of your enterprise, or just ho's? Is your highest earner the employee of the month, or just the bottom bitch? Are there any lime green suits, huaraches, and pimp canes in your wardrobe, or do you sport throwback NBA jerseys over saggy FUBU carpenter jeans/with timberlands?

I am also somewhat surprised by your lack of employment of the pimp emoticon...

How can you choke with 44 points?

Didn't he hit a clutch 3 to tie the game at 96? you people are nuts

Same thing happened to Harden after Game 2 against the Warriors.

38 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists that night.

This board sucks sometimes.

Seventh post in a LeBron James thread, mention James Harden.

...And didn't score a meaningful basket for the rest of the game including overtime.

on 38 shot attempts. There are very few stars in NBA history that wouldn't be able to score 44 on 38 shot attempts.

I'll add that I think LeBron is for sure an all time great. But last night's game was not that impressive for him.

There is only one argument to be made against Lebron James...and that's the Michael Jordan argument. Reasonable people can differ on that.

Beyond that, any opinion derogatory to James is pathetically ignorant.

The Cavs lack that Rodman type player. Someone who is willing to do the dirty work down low.

No, it is not. It isn't great around here after a win, but this place is fricking intolerable after a loss. Tonight is a perfect example, considering it is a shite show even though LeBron was incredible. God forbid the Cavs lose and LeBron shoots 30% or something.
