tv contracts always go up with whoever signed their deal most recently.

also, espn had the rights to the NBA Finals, whereas their MLB rights are only for the 2 wild card playoff games

It'll be interesting to see what kind of ratings the Cubs will bring when they make the World Series



A damn shame that you could hypothetically see a Harper/Trout or Kershaw/Sale World Series matchup and it wouldn't get even in the same stratosphere of hype as lebron/Steph
