I'd agree that he wasn't intentionally trying to injure Love. But he was intentionally taking actions that cause injury at a pretty high rate.
To me, this would be the same as intentionally undercutting a player on a breakaway dunk. You aren't explicitly trying to injure and it could be construed as an aggressive play to prevent a basket, but should be treated as intent to injure.

I dont think he was trying to injure Love. But he was def trying to hurt him. And when that does end up resulting in an actual injury, you should get a harsh punishment in sports

Meh. I prefer to punish people on the actions, not the results. Olynyk had a very aggressive play that went wrong, I'm fine with a 1 or 2 game suspension. Olynyk currently doesn't ha E a history of being an a-hole, but if this is the start of a trend on his part, I could change my stance.

A hard basketball play was Kevin Love using his left arm to shield Kelly Olynyk away from the ball. A cheap play was Kelly Olynyk "countering" this tactic by using both of his arms to yank Love's arm purposely. There is a difference.

On first look I thought it was just another nothing play but one of the slow motion replays shows intent IMO. Kelly was intending to wrench his arm, if not injure.
