He hit like 5 of them last night in the 3rd against the Grizz. So ridiculous.

Yessir. Awesome player. IMO, he's a top 5 player in the league.

I think he his right outside of it because of his defense and the fact that he hasn't won any meaningful games yet in the playoffs.

He seems to have gotten a lot thinner than when he was in college. At least it looks that way. I was pretty surprised at how well his game has translated to the NBA

I'm a little too young to have a strong opinion on that.

Is his defense really that bad though?

I agree about him and the playoffs. I think he is gone from Minny, which is too bad, because the nucleus of him, Rubio, and Pek could be special, IMO.

Zbo abused him pretty easily in the paint last night. He has improved this year, but it still isn't all that good.

Strange team. They have like the largest scoring margin in the NBA, but are 1-12 in games decided by 4 points or less.

I haven't watched much of them though to know what the issues are. Their bench is a little weak.

Is Zbo a measuring stick as to how good a PF is? I see whenever someone talks about a certain PF you always talk about how they fare against Zbo.

Well I watch everyone of their games.

Considering Zbo is often lower rated at the PF position in most rankings, so I consider it a good measuring stick.

How often are top 5 players on perennial sub.500 teams who don't make the playoffs?

That's not his fault

He's top 10 no question about it. Top 5, maybe so.

So, besides LBJ and Durant, can you name 3+ players that are better than Love?

I can, yes.

He's a really good player, but like I said, there have been plenty of really great players with crap casts like him, and if you're truly a top 5 player, your team would be better.

George
Chris Paul
Harden

And that's just quick off the top of my head, there are a few more, but those 3 are by far better than Love, IMO.

I disagee. The PF isn't a player to take the ball up the court and be the primary ball handler. Im sure all the players you name are either the team's primary ball handler or they play with good supporting casts.

I think LMA is better than Love, but NO one was saying LMA was an MVP type player or even top three at his position until he got a true center next to him. If Rubio ever elevates his offensive game, Love will look insane.

Agreed. And I HATE Chris Paul.

Maybe. I think Love is better, but I can understand the sentiment.

No way in hell.
