Nothing like giving someone accused of covering up sexual assault a taste of their own medicine!

He's such a cocksucker he'd probably welcome the shot.

I'll be honest, Starr looks like he could take a good dick.

However, in the late 1970's and early 1980's the SBC (nationally and in Texas) was in the middle of a battle over control between "moderates" and "conservatives" (or "liberals" and "fundamentalists", depending on the source). BGCT tried to appoint Regents who were on the conservative wing. In response, Baylor (which is actually older than the BGCT) changed (legally) its nominating process: now the Board nominates the majority of its replacements. (Later the "moderate" wing would form a new Southern Baptist group, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and the BGCT would ironically affiliate with them instead of the conservatives

That's mostly correct if I remember my Texas Baptist History.

My parents are still die hard baptists so I keep up with it a bit.

From my time in the baptist church I consider BGCT as pretty raging liberals compared to the SBTC that branched off in the 80/90s.

From my understanding Baylor is still fairly beholden to the BGCT. I have a Baylor friend whos mom that was president of th BGCT a while back. Hope her tenure is over as this would be an effing nightmare from a PR standpoint.

Wife and I stayed in Waco Saturday night, that campus is fricking beautiful. I told her I'm more than willing to move to Waco. Everything there was top notch.

You need professional help.

The rest of Waco is a downright dump. Even the suburbs aren't all that (except for Hewitt).

Most of Waco is shitty, but Hewitt is not even close to nice. It's gotten ghetto as frick since they started allowing Waco High kids to transfer.

China Spring is bar none the best area to live in Waco.

If you haven't been to Waco in awhile they have totally revamped downtown (across 35 from campus). It's a lot nicer now.

However, Bellmead is still shite.

i think he's joking. or hope. i hope he's joking. Waco has some charm for a mid size town but it's all centered around the campus and downtown. outside of that it's pretty turrible.

Lived in Bruceville/Eddy in high school when my dad worked at Baylor.

You would have thought after everything he went through with the Clintons, he would have learned that transparency is essential in a case like this

or maybe he thought "If that fat bumpkin can get away with what he did no way I am going after a bunch of black guys in this horrible behavior-excusing environment"

used the wrong word originally
