They were the preseason number 1 team. What the frick happened? They're almost as bad on the road as Texas A&M's football team is.

no depth. mccullar hurt on and off all year. cant shoot which leads to absolutely no spacing for dickinson.
the starting 5 is very, very good and when benches shrink even more in the ncaa tournament, a run is unlikely, but possible.
now, put this in perspective, this is the worst bill self team ever (2019 is about the same). they will at worst be a 4 seed in the ncaa tournament.

UNC was preseason 1 last year and missed the tournament entirely. We are still likely to be a 3 or at worst a 4 seed. They still have solid wins over Houston, UConn, Tennessee, and Kentucky. It’s the road losses to shitty teams like West Virginia, UCF, and K State that hurt.
The team is one dimensional offensively and has no depth.

I've actually seen that, and it sucks. KU is an awesome school. I'm insanely proud of what Leipold has managed to do in Lawrence, and Bill Self has brought a ton of joy to me and fellow Jayhawk fans.

Getting rid of dirt bag UT cast off raper Arterio Morris in the preseason started a chain reaction that led to this bad season. Also the McCullar injury hasn't helped. Dickinson needs to keep his arse in the lane & stop floating around the 3pt line. Dickinson is a huge defensive liability. Feel bad for KJ Adams. His motor, attitude, & athleticism are off the charts. Lack of outside shooting combined with inability to defend the 3 is their biggest weaknesses.
