Just not sure about the type of healthy protein. When you excercise and are very active isnt the time to diet.....he's looking in the mirror too much

What? Most athletes, who make their living being athletes, are very attentive to their diet. If they are not they should be. It's an extremely important part of performing at peak performance and staying healthy enough to play for a long time. This isn't about looking good.
