Could be. Him, Brown and OBJ are clearly a cut above everyone else. Those three are too close to make a definitive call.

Brown is the best in the business at the scramble drill. When Ben gets in trouble, Brown knows exactly where to go and Ben finds him most of the time. That's unstoppable.
Julio is more of the physical freak of nature WR. He's fearless, catches everything, and is a good blocker. That play he made against Kuechly today was unreal,
