Not really new news. He said he wants to break the record for most LHW title defenses.

Wonder what weight he would fight at. Has the frame to fight at 230 from being 6'4 but what would that do to speed

Is that Cain and Bones? If so, it will be interesting to see what the weight does to him. This could be scary for the HW division
