Did his interception lose the game for his team? Yes because if they score and get the two they tie the game and have a chance to win

He was either going to throw that pick or get sacked. Either way, he would have been screwed.

If they scored there I'd say they had a 15-20% chance of winning. So maybe.

What you have described is an interception that prevented a tie, and not at all an interception that caused a loss.

It was an interception that ended the game. He also threw a pick to lose the game vs Denver in week one
