As much as a certainty as you can probably get.
His off-the-field issues were virtually non-existent after her xferred & he simply has too much talent to fall that much further.

I personally would be shocked if he fell to the third round. There are teams with reputations for straightening out players with character issues. The kid is a great player.

Guys has to be gone in 2nd, just to physically talented to keep falling.
If he is some how still around at start of 3rd, Saints need to try and trade up to get him.
