LOL

The same one in which you put your head in the sand and don't think this is at all possible.

I'm not saying he did, but if you don't think it is possible, you are a moron.

Jameis Winstion accuser attempted to extort Winston for $7 Million

Wow!

Its almost like there was a money-grubbing part of the whole accusation to begin with
I've said time and time again that the story was fishy and Winston was getting drug through the mud for no good reason. Turns out I was right. The 'victim' tied to take Winston for a fool and grab his cash.

Enough said.

At this point the 'victim's' name should be publicly released. Its beyond time.

No. Just no. How often do you see attorneys lining up to release info to TMZ? An attorney would not go through TMZ. They would go through a major news channel

You're mighty angry this morning.

ETA: You're confidence in what did and did not happen with regard to this leak is funny.

or the lawyer had someone get it to tmz- all seem plausible possibilities to me.

Its almost like, you're a moron... The accusation took place BEFORE Winston took a snap for the Seminoles and a year before he was a Heisman finalist.

So you're saying that the girl is a psychic and knew that the police/university would cover up the entire thing and that Winston would end up being the potential money pit he is?

If you're gonna get raped by a black boy, and the police are going to cover it up, then you might as well get $7 mill.

Did you see what TMZ did with the Ray Rice thing? Seems like a good gravy train to ride if you want to get info out there

Btw, a major new channel? Check out ESPN right now. The article about the instance mentions NOTHING about the $7m and people are ripping ESPN apart for not mentioning it.

I think he, like me, assumes that the girl and officers both dropped the case. I think personally she knew it was bullshite and the officers did too. Then ole Jameis hits the spotlight and the rest is history. But I will never know for certain. But we do know that the DA, and Cops, did not find anything to even bring a case forward. And before y'all go on saying they covered it up, that is bullshite too. College town cops and DAs make a living being harsh on the athletes. Especially this DA

That's a conclusion without any reasoning. TMZ isn't some halfassed website that no one pays attention to. Given that they just did work on the Ray Rice case, they're not a bad company to release info to.
